An action that we have taken to support our school's learning focus is to engage in meaningful professional development. Teachers gathered with our teacher consultant and collaborated to create effective learning routines for students. This supported our learning focus by increasing the number and efficacy of strategies each teacher was implementing. The next step for us will be to focus on our assessment to see if these strategies are making a difference.
