One of the items from our plan of action for the year is to overtly connect our activities to the Positive Personal and Cultural Identity Core Competency.

Each week, one of the facets of the Core Competency was highlighted through the weekly community email and followed with a moveable display that was shared outside the school. Before and after school, members of the community could see themselves and their students engaging in activities and learning from each of the facet areas.
