• A reminder that instructional time begins at 8:45am.  Any student who arrives after that time should enter thru the main office door and sign in.  If you child will be away, please leave a message on the Early Warning line, 604-668-7866.
• If your child goes to an afterschool program, and they are absent or not attending the program, please contact the program directly to inform them of the absence.
• The Richmond School District has emailed out information regarding accessing Microsoft Office 365.  Please note that the classroom teacher will be providing passwords on this, when available.
• We will be having our Meet the Community Event at 5:00pm on Thursday, September 18^th.  All families are welcome to attend.  Parents will have the opportunity to visit their child’s classroom and meet the staff.  The PAC will be selling hot dogs / veggie dogs, chips and drinks.
• Families are welcome to watch the students on our Terry Fox Run, which takes place on Friday at 1:45pm in our school field. Please contact the office if you would like to volunteer to help out.  If you wish to make a donation, please do so through School Cash Online.     All donations will be sent to the Terry Fox Foundation.
• If you have more than one child attending Steves and are receiving multiple copies of our emails, please contact the office to make the adjustments.
• Important documents were sent home with your child yesterday.  Please complete these forms and return to your child’s new teacher asap.
