Welcome to our school website.
Our Mission Statement:
Manoah Steves Elementary School is a thriving educational community which:
• creates a nurturing environment that promotes life-long learning
• provides opportunities for all children to develop as productive, cooperative and independent citizens.
We are located in the southwest corner of Richmond, in the Steveston area. We are a dual track school. Parents opt to enroll their children in one of two excellent programs: our Neighbourhood or Montessori Program. We enroll a student population of approximately 330 students.
Our school goal this year is to establish baseline data to monitor and improve our students' reading abilities, in particular, in the area of reading for information through the discipline of science. We will also continuing to promote healthy living through healthy foods and daily physical exercise.
